Library4all at the 36th IBBY International Congress Athens 2018

The Library4all team attended the 36th International Congress of IBBY (International Board on Books for Young People) entitled “East meets West around children’s books and fairy tales” which was held on August 30-31  at the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre. It was a celebration for books in which 65 countries participated. The Congress is held every two years in a different city and country. It returned to Athens after 42 years. The countdown to this year’s Project Cicero Book Drive is nearing its end in less than 48 hours. Project Cicero is an annual non-profit book drive designed to create or supplement school and classroom libraries for children in under-resourced New York City public schools.
