This morning, we had the pleasure of visiting the Ronald McDonald Family Room at the Children’s Hospital “Agia Sofia” and to offer books for the children and their families who are hospitalized and come there to rest, take a break, wash their clothes, and take a shower. It is a warm, welcoming space, open and free to all parents and guardians whose children are being treated or have scheduled medical examinations at the Children’s Hospital. We got to know the team of the first Ronald McDonald House Charities Greece and their important work. We shared ideas and dreamed of actions we could take together. As we left, we took with us the drawing Marina gave us.
